Also learned that we don't have to go into class next week, so all in all I'm very happy :)
Funny story - the professor, who predictably has major TDS and decided to make like half of the class materials blatant anti-Trump propaganda, asked the class if anyone had a LinkedIn profile she could share for demonstration purposes. Me and one of the only other non-retards in the class volunteered. First she looked up mine, and saw that I was a security guard with Trump Org, to which she was like "ah, interesting"; showed the rest of the details I put on the page, etc. etc. After that she pulled up the other guy's profile to do the same... and found that he ALSO used to work for Trump Org, as an IT tech.
As soon as she noticed, she immediately let out an embarrassed, bashful laugh, and simply said "I'm really sorry if I've ever said anything bad about Trump".
Other dude and I were gracious about it, just laughed and said it was alright, but I gotta admit, that was absolute music to my fucking ears
I then went ahead and immediately sent the dude a connection request on LinkedIn. I expect anons to make "and everyone clapped" jokes, but I swear on my life this all actually just happened like an hour ago. Made my fucking night LOL
