Mariah Carey also had vocal nodules throughout her life and learned to sing with them, while still taking proper care of herself of course but it's something she's dealt with her entire life. I hope the other health issues don't affect IRyS too much to the point she psyches herself out. I want her to be happy and not worry so much about her vocal problems. Because she isn't alone in that, and she can definitely beat it and push on.
