I don't know for sure, but I've seen a smart TV used exactly like this (no account and it was a YT app, it's not a browser so it doesn't store cookies either). And YT was still recommending exactly what was most watched on that TV. Same topics, same channels. Regardless, I did not undertake a comprehensive investigation into the matter. However, you are still delving excessively deeply
