I hate to tell you this, but Nijisanji is essentially built like a pyramid scheme or a cult. You get a "starter package" which is completely inadequate, and then you get paid entirely on commission, which is horribly manipulated against you while also forcing you into deeper and deeper debt to the company, either monetarily or psychologically. They provide no support, nor any money to get anything done and you have to manage and pay for everything yourself. You are also BANNED from contracting outside help yourself, unless your name is Luca Kaneshiro in which case go ahead and leak fucking everything.
