Once you hit a certain amount of HP you not only become practically unkillable in most cases but your damage just shoots through the goddamn roof because Noel's damage output is tied to how tanky you can get her. Prior to the nerf I would say she snowballs hard once you hit 400hp but with the nerf the point where she skyrockets in damage is moved up to line 600hp.
It's not hard to get this much HP for Noel also even in Stage mode (Jingiskan +100HP, Piman +25HP, Bandage +30HP, Noel has the highest base health so health stat ups scale better with her, etc).
