Ever been to a soup kitchen? Hell I couldn't even find instant ramen at my local grocery store due to hoarders at the height of the pandemic.
There's more homeless in America than the entire population of most communist countries. It's absolute nonsense that capitalism doesn't have starvation and immense amounts of suffering. While China uplifts the poor into the middle class America is selling their middle class into slaves for the rich. As much as it's convenient to cling to the past communists seem to have a much more realistic path to the future than the crumbling american empire.
