At this point I'm legit convinved this fucking company's sole reason of existence is to serve as a cover up for the yakuza to launder money. And it also proves the company is actively capitalizing on their talents lack of knowledge about daily life and their naivety. Their talents are being treated as independent contractors (although it's already been talked about before that the way their work tasks and duties are described per contract resemble the status of an employee) and therefore it should not be possible for the company to deduct a % of their talent's income to take over their taxes, as this would only work if they were a fulltime employee, which is pretty ironic since it would be just another aspect from agency's side that they acknowledge their talent as a fulltime employee. But talking a portion of their income to write it off with their own taxes for some bullshit reason is just straight up fraud. Jesus fucking christ.
