If you want to be racist, it has to be either incidental (i.e. "You stupid nigger, why did you X, Y and Z?"), or in service of some other point or racist joke. Essentially, the racism has to not be the main point of what you're saying.
If you just post "Niggers suck I hate niggers" without preamble you will likely get banned and that's been the case since the board's inception.
