Watching Kiara and her beret and chef´s hat combo has taught me to tolerate it a little bit, but she actually has stopped doing that recently opting for just the beret, which is honestly an improvement.
Looking this up on booru I find many pictures where the hat goes with an outfit that gives me idol-like vibes, such as glittery patterened vests, puffy, short multi-tiered skirts, tall boots and stuff like that. Is it possible the tiny hat is meant to be a"charm point" to attract attention?
