>>85551154>>85551382>>85551396>>85551568I honestly had the feeling that Pomu and Selen leaving ment no more big projects, fun covers, or stupid little creative streams since I usually saw just them in everything when I thought of Nijisanji. Oto no naru hou e felt like something only Pomu could do in my eyes for the longest and Wrestlsanji was peak NijiEN for a newer fan like myself so I had my doubts we would ever see anything really special for a while with how distant some members can be and how many japan trips and recording was going on at the time. I guess them leaving really made me pay more attention to how much the new blood have picked up the slack and all the new fun shit thats has happened since then thats made me more hype than just that one weekend. Besides the NijiEncounters, Maria's Happy Happy Morning collab coming out so quickly from Denauth's debut really made me think about her Identity cover being so close to Xsoleil'd debut and honestly I feel bad not paying attention to how amazing of a singer she so where I sorta only really looked forward to Pomu's music before, I'm spoiled for choice now just from the covers and originals thats come out since January. Vanta's watchalong of that one dating show and basiclly all the scary streams from the scooby gang (I forget what theyre group is called) really feels like streams I was watching when I found NijiEN (Pomu's halloween vr and the drunk holloween). The offcollabs, karaokes, and 3D debuts have been chock full of unity and unique surprises like Harada being in Rosemi's, Miku in Ikes, Vox's basiclly being a sequel to his movie with a full album in it, and a bunch of unexpected cameos from other corpos and JP members.Theres still a lot NijiEn could improve on from the rules of some events and showing off fan art during the event like in Wrestlesanji or having more huge group covers that arent just for conserts but I honestly didnt expect to have so much happen so quickly so it really feel like the people left were inspired by what happend before and are willing to put in the effort to make new memories isntead of relying on only old ones.
TLDR: Oto no naru hou e made me happy cry and Wrestlesanji made me jump out of my seat and those big unity projects made NijiEN feel special to me so I thanked Selen and Pomu. This year alone I've cried and jumped out of my seat more times than I can count watching NijiEN doing so many other big unity projects that I cant really feel like I can only thank them anymore making NijiEN feel special to me.
