I plan to travel to every anime con in the US wearing a crossplay of her favorite 2hu character(Remilia) until I finally find her. Then I'll pretend to have no idea who she is but conveniently strike up a conversation about 2hu, 00's weeb internet culture, and AKB48, things I know she absolutely loves. I'll also be sure to mention having visited Japan in the past and talk about all my favorite places in Akiba that conveniently line up with all her favorite places. Of course, I've never been to Japan or Akiba but fortunately she did an Akiba tour stream pointing out all the places she likes. Maybe at some point if we're getting along I'll ask if she's planning to visit Japan soon and when she obviously says yes I'll conveniently point out I'll also be in Japan at the same time as her and ask for her number so we can meet up. From there it'll just be regularly interacting with her through social media or texting her once in a while to develop a bond, ultimately culminating in our perfect date trip in Japan with lots of loving babymaking sex. Surely this plan is foolproof, right? I'm not being entirely delusional here right?
