>>83173541It's a matter of perspective. Eastern invasions throughout history from Mongols to the nips were just murderous spree and territorial expansion. They never tried or intended to make you like them. On the other hand western invasion from the Roman empire to colonial Europe not only massacres the people they invade (way less than eastern) but they erase your language, history and self esteem. They even create philosophical theories about race. The French were good at it.
