I think this means that Reiyu either had some advance information that management was planning to dissolve the company, or that this entire thing started with Reiyu wanting out for some reason or another.
MamaEve (one of the managers, I think) also has left the LumiLive discord at some point between yesterday and the 31st of May. Dunno if that has any significance.
