they start the game at the same time, then as they are playing they talk about random stuff, they talk about the game, they share tips, they gloat, they wait for the other one to catch up sometimes.

fauna and biboo should've played the hitman story all the way through together, they could compare their methods for getting each kill, help each other out, etc.
it works so well for these games where its either a really hard skill based thing or a game where there's a lot of ways to accomplish the goal. they learn the game and overcome challenges and cheer each other on.
biboo and kaela were practically doing it with the poe2 launch, and gg even goined in later.
for SOME games i think it's preferable to the "one girl plays while the other one is just kind of there" method of single player game collabs. (but not silent hill w/ gg i like the way that is)
