>>61035781My hope is rather than being demoralizing for the girls they can use it as evidence to management that they're being underutilized and encourage some changes to how the branch is handled to boost the presence of male fans. It's clear things are kinda stagnant right now but I don't want NijiEN to die. It's also clear that Nina left because she was tired of waiting for 3D, same for Mysta and Mika, so my hope is they speed up the 3D pipeline and stop treating EN like a secondary branch that has to wait at the back of the line.
