But for Teamates, Saplings, and Chumbuds, things will not be okay. We are losing our oshis and the people we cherished in hololive. Ame and Fauna and maybe even Gura might reincarnate, but it won't be the same, and so for many, the magic is permanently dead.
It's very easy to say "everything will be okay" if it doesn't affect you as much as someone else. And for people like Bae and Kronii, who had very little interaction with Ame and Fauna and Gura, they'll continue on like nothing happened, just like they have been for the past couple years.
