>>76763270I don't really blame her for it, she's achieved basically every goal there is to think of. Towa's a well respected singer with a sololive under her belt that's fairly decent at dancing, the only thing to do further from there is more sololives and albums, but it's reasonable she isn't going under the stress of that after doing it fairly recently. Her songs/covers are consistently well performing, they may not be the top of the line in terms of numbers, but they're still plenty successful. The only thing she can really do, is to "do better" in regards to idol/singing stuff, and that's a sort of hard goal to quantify and set yourself up for, only very few others arguably do it better than her in the entire company in these metrics.
On the gaming side of things, she's serial tournament winner regardless of if she's been carried by people better than her, but team events will be team events. She's still pretty good at games she picks up and can always be expected to do half decent at whatever she plays. SF6 is something new that she has no experience with and is part of where the autism to play the game comes in, it's a new challenge on the gaming side of things for tournaments and the like. So really, again the issue is that she has to somehow "do better" as trying to be a gamer. There's the route of Towa getting good taste in games but also, if you've been watching Towa at all, you know she doesn't so it's in vain. She'd need someone like Subaru/Aqua shilling the hell out of the game to her as something she'd like which probably won't like.
On the streaming side of things, she likes hosting events and in her own words everything she's been trying to do has been getting shut down or she doesn't see it as viable. Yet, she still puts on the biggest tournament of the year, and usually one more other thing for the entirety of hololive while being one of the main organizers for smaller things like YuruHolo and Girls' Club. But again, what is there to do that can be described as "doing better" in this regard.
There's just not really an inherent obvious path for things to strive for that she can work towards, and she said that she's been doing tournaments as a form of short term goals that she can work towards. It's always possible to "do better" but Towa's been working at that for years and she's finally hit a point where she really has to try and think what she wants to do from here.
Sexy Towa for my paragraphs as apologies. I won't carry on this topic further, I said what I wanted to say about this.
