There's also the obvious fact that we don't know Nacho's IRL situation, what if she really was busy with something at the time she was being asked. You don't fucking know. It takes us months to find out shit about vtubers all the time, we're just looking from the outside not knowing what's actually going on behind the scenes. There could have been some language barrier or some kind of miscommunication, or maybe other managers are speaking to Nacho and she's busy with that other stuff. Kana seems to take everything personally and is super sensitive. It's a shame because I always liked the fact that Kana just does her own thing and doesn't get wrapped up in nonsense like this, but her ugly side is really showing. I'm not a big fan of Nacho either but this whole thing is just petty for the sake of being petty. She's butthurt.
