All of them have dead subs. It evens out. And subs are being used as an indicator for interest/enthusiasm. It's not perfect but it's currently working well enough.

New timeslot but JP/SEA will most definitely be awake. Even if they had work, they are known to watch on their smartphones. They will take a peek every few minutes and contribute to max live viewers. There is a possible range taking into account the lows and highs of other holos. But unless there is a currently unknown ceiling or YT fuckery, it is reasonable to predict that Gura will hit around 260k.
