Anons, here's a protip to make a quesadilla with literally no dishes to wash.
Have an induction stove top.
Take tortillas or pita bread, stuff with cheezy goodness and whatever you like.
Brush some tinfoil with oil.
Wrap up the quesadilla in the foil.
Put a cast iron pan to heat on your stove top, full blast, for a couple minutes.
Once it hot as fuck, lift your CI pan and slide the package under there, and slam the pan down on this bad bow.
Optionally apply weight on the pan with some metal thing of yourself with a utensil.
It's ready when right before it starts to smell burned.
Take it out, enjoy, whole business took like 4 minutes and you've got no dishes, just eat it out of the foil.
