While having basically all of the typical traits of a loli such as small hight, small/underdeveloped breasts and a large forhead she still doesnt really feel like one. There are certainly artists that depict her more loli/younger like but its far and few between.
I for one think why she doesn't feel like one are her long as legs. Those proportions dont really fit the archetype of a loli and speak more for a lady/more mature kinda look wich is why I think categorizing her as petite fits more than loli
