Hana is an alt for another chuuba, we haven't found who yet (vocally).They aren't "mods with the purpose of moderating." Vtubers usually give other vtubers the mod status just to point them out in chat.
Additionally, VAllure has a moderation policy where mods must use new accounts (all named "VAllure Moderator #xxx") and are NOT supposed to post in chat. The fact the mods have broken those rules is a non-zero of why management is hiring new ones (alongside schedule issues and a lack of mods for Mercy's timeslot).
Stop stonewalling attempts to explain things to you. If you *still* don't get it, you're aggressively slow or trying to stir the pot.
