The only girls who've ever interacted directly with Doki in any fashion on main is Ame, Fauna, and Ollie.
Ollie's been following her since she came back, and Ame and Fauna both started following her a few weeks before leaving.
The biggest thing though is that Ollie wasn't present at Doki's big apex customs and there's not a chance in hell she wouldn't apply if she was able, so even HoloID seems to be restricted in some form.
