The Miko? Makes sense being big Miko with a little Miko but would Suityan outright say it's her precious doll? Also it felt like Miko wasn't talking to the doll but to Suityan during that whole exchange.
Also it's definitely not a cheap place. Probably a suite with a king bed and separate fancy bath/shower.
