The venue is rented and paid for, thousands of people paid for their tickets and possibly even took time off, arranged train/plane tickets and booked a hotel room etc. As unfortunate as Mio's situation is, in the end, this is still entertainment and the show must go on. I'm also sad that Mio couldn't be a part of it, but I'm sure she wouldn't have wanted them to call off the event at the last second because of her. It's just not a great situation all around, but I do think they dealt with it in a reasonable way. They paid proper respect to her and talked about her a lot, especially during the fan interaction part. Everyone sharing her lines during the Gamers unit song and especially during her original song was really touching, as well. Let's hope for her quick recovery for now, there will be another opportunity in the future for sure.
