For a lot of people the question is Nijisanji or quit and maybe they can grind for a few more years (maybe), but it's tough. People are memeing about how well ex-Niji talents are doing, but the only reason people know them is because they are ex-Niji talents.
Folks tend to focus on the big streamers, but it's hard on the bottom of the totem pole and some of those people genuinely enjoy it. At this point Nijisanji is kind of the last option one would want, but there are a lot of people that have reached the last option scenario.
