For non-Pixel vtubers it is similar, I either watch girls that are really talented in a specific skill or girls that are positive and enjoyable to be around. I think it's a mix of I want to be friends with them and I want to be them as well!
For people I don't like to watch, I think it is girls that are a bit more crass or solely game-focused vtubers. I guess girls who lay GFE on super thick aren't my style either, but I know I'm not the target audience there (I love Raki but I don't watch her asmrs).
