The reason Council's debut was delayed was because of Mumei's hospitalization. Her doctor's wouldn't discharge her just because she wanted to leave early, hence why there was no definitive reschedule date. Mumei was allowed to leave after explaining her situation, on the stipulation that she come back for her physical therapy the day after, which is why she was the only Council member to not stream the following day.
