>>90267175It's not the pinnacle of efficiency but I got comfy with it so it's good enough:
1 - Record the segment I want with OBS. If I did a good job clipping it, step 2 can be skipped
2 - Upload the video to online-video-cutter dot com and clip it further
3 - Send the video to handbrake to convert it to a soundless webm, if the original mp4 is too big I'll also convert it to a smaller mp4 here as well
4 - Upload the mp4* to catbox and create soundpost
My main issue was getting the soundless webm to a filesize smaller than 4mb, and I finally learned how to do it by tinkering with the average bitrate in Handbrake.
*I'd rather upload full mp4s to catbox so it's easier to download the clip instead of having to download audio and video separately and then using ffmpeg to mix them
