If the talents don't grow in the wake of Pippa reaching 250K, they're going to be wondering "why the fuck am I doing this" before long. The last thing I want to see is amazing talents give up when there are small, easy things that the bigger ones can do to help them. Though I will say collabs probably do help a lot.... however getting them coordinated is a bitch.
