Man, it really is the end of an era. I'm not one for clichés, but that's really the most apt way to put it. This board wouldn't exist without Myth, for one thing. When the circumstances around Aqua's graduation became more clear, and taking things Ame has said in the past into account, I had preemptively made peace with the idea of her departure so waking up to the news this morning didn't really affect me much, but despite that, and despite the fact that I'm of one mind with her and Mori and such about taking everything in stride and not dwelling on the sadness of it, I also relate to Kiara's feelings of being gutted over it, especially after that anniversary which felt so jubilant and reassuring. Someone in the Ame thread earlier said something that resonated with me: Myth really felt invincible, even through Ame and Gura's decline in activity, and now things are just gonna feel irrevocably different. That's loss I guess. But life goes on. She seems to be in good spirits at least.
