Back when /lig/ was formed a secret treaty was signed with the refugees from /vsj+/ allowing for the discussion of Zen in this thread.
This was because Zen met the criteria of being an "honorary /lig/ger" (or /lig+/ to the layman);
I quote from this document Section 5, Subsection 5A, Paragraph 2 -
"Zentreya (of the corpo VShojo) interacts with /lig/gers significantly more than she interacts with her fellow vshojos and can therefore be considered an "outsider" (or independent) within her corporation because of this. This makes her on topic for /lig/ discussion, so long as that discussion is relevant to herself or her interactions with /lig/ chuubas. discussion to other VShojo members is not allowed unless directly related to a collaboration with Zentreya. Zenposters have also deemed themselves the most sane of the /vsj+/ posters and therefore should be given refuge within /lig/."
