When the Budokan concert is over you congratulate Suisei for fulfilling her dream. Suisei is a little taken aback seeing you so unusually serious and saying something so wholesome with such a kind and sincere facial expression. She stutters while blushing that "s-since you helped me fulfill my dream, I g-guess I can help you fulfill yours..."
