We know 3 of them, or at least they appear to be part of the power structure: Bae, IRyS and Omega, all 3 personifications of a concept.
This is the highest tier of power in Holo EN.
The next tier are the fundamental gods that exist within the universe and have a great deal of power over it.
Those are Sana and Kronii.
Then there are more local gods and demons that can affect entire planets or it's populations.
Fauna, Mumei, Ina, Bijou, Nerissa, Mori and possibly Shiori falls here.
Below that we are now at demi-gods, mythical creatures or just very powerful mortals who can have a significant impact on civilizations or larger groups of people.
Gura, Ame, Kiara and Fuwamoco should be placed here.
