I take it you'd not know what you are doing so listen to me when i say that the first and foremost thing you need to worry about when planning is simply having fun. Do it for fun, no other reason!!!!
Second, now here is another important part. Do something that interests you. Don't write milautism if you don't like it!!! Don't do specbio if you don't like it!!! Don't write romance if you don't like it!!! Do what interests Moonafic and (You) alone. It may not be popular, but I will support you!!!!
Third, When it comes to the the type of story you want to do, if you are not experienced, do not worry if it sounds weird, or bad, or it sucks, etc when you write it because experience matters and I did not start well!!! It's all about having fun with what you want to do improving over time.
If you want an idea with your current character (i like it), do something humorous with him. Get him in trouble. Have him cheat someone at cards, have him steal a bunch of eggs, etc and get caught and have to flee!!! Have fun with the language and if you need advice on how to do dialogue, need proofreading, need some advice on how to improve; ASK ME!!!!! I am here for you and anyone else that desires it!!!!!
