For those who want the game to run good without using "Timed Game Update" which brings entrances back to 30 frames, use this formula in cheat engine. Didn't feel like uploading a full table. But if you are using the patched EXE, this is the address you need to change from 60 to 30. It will lock the games' frames to 60 while monitor hz will still be at anything above 80-220 or whatever
