I still remember checking out Gura's debut and part of Mori's but that's it, I subbed to Gura but didn't even bother checking out the rest because I was one who didn't even like the idea of EN. Then I caught Gura's Minecraft collab with Ame and there was something about that voice, man, it was like a direct serotonin injection.
I learned she had recently done a karaoke so I checked that out, and the first song of her first karaoke is Kiss Me. I hadn't heard that song in years but for some reason it was always on when I was a kid. It was like a gut punch right back to my childhood, in a good way, and hearing her sing it evoked crazy strong emotions. The whole thing feels silly to write out, but the past two years were awesome. For a couple hours a day, a few days a week, I got to enjoy just straight happiness and it was fucking great.
Diary entry and I don't think it's what you were going for but that's what comes to mind when I think Hololive nostalgia.
