She's basically explained it as she wants an excuse to talk to people she thinks are cool and it's a lot easier to get someone who's part of a company to agree to be on a show than it is to just say "hey please come on my stream and talk to me." She also puts out a marshmallow link beforehand where people can submit questions for her to ask but that's generally like ~30% of the show while the rest is casual talking. There's been 7 eps so far but Ollie was one of the guests if you want one most relevant to this thread.
