Even if it were true, it makes it seem like Kuroboshi can give Ina a subpar design and she'll love it anyways because it's from him.
Anyways, the main thing Ina said about it is that she didn't give any feedback because she wants it to be a surprise. New outfit reveals don't come every day so it'd be best to make it as good as it can be, even if it ruins the "surprise" for her.
And look, I don't think the outfit is completely terrible. It looks nice in fanart and I'll get used to the l2d over time. But I do think it could be a lot better and Ina deserves a lot more too.
