The only real trouble is to understand what the second Ina thing means. Pretty sure we can say that the difference between the Ina we know and the Ina seen at the end of Temari is partially found in the hair color, so maybe it's a reference to the Marie-Antoinette syndrom (the thing Kaneki got in Tokyo Ghoul) that the traumatized Ina could have developed because of her guilt?
