>>90831962>There for sure won't be any delays and troubles when they go indie, anon, for sure, right? No one said there would no no delays or troubles, no one with half a brain thinks that anon and no one with above 60 IQ is saying that.
Indie is hard but atleast being an Indie you can try to solve your own issues rather than depending on some lazy-fuck middle management to do it for you.
>(Cover still needs to fix their shit, even if it's not malicious, this shit shouldn't be happening)Obviously. The more you learn and read about the Japanese corporate structure and the corpo/office culture there the more you understand why EN talent get pissed off.
Pic related sums up Japanese culture perfectly. Everyone gets paralyzed because they're afraid to take risks or disturb the surface tension of the office pond, they wait until the most 'opportune time' to suggest/do something rather than take initiative.
Being a shit indie is objectively worse, you lack any backing, you pay for it all, it's all on you but atleast you can sort your own problems out or hire a competent person who can sort specific stuff out. If you've ever spent any time in Japan for living you'll swiftly understand how stupidly flooded their entire culture is with bureaucracy, management in corpos is no different and I can't blame Fauna for saying "Fuck you" to it all
