My guess is mostly perms? Maybe they're temporary and they just drag ass on it, for example before Coco graduated, I think Towa wanted a group cover before they all left, so she handled everything herself and paid out of pocket, then flat out said that if she had let Cover handle it the cover would have come out months later.
