This outfit is erotic, but in the exact opposite way that Majin's is, which makes perfect sense. It means that he knows his audience.
Omaesans are direct, they want Oga to strip and show them everything as fast as possible, and in his outfit he gives them a lot to work with. The Auntie is a more subtle creature, but also a more aggressive one. At first the outfit seems very conservative but the longer you look at Temma's design the more you notice little details (the exposed chest under the necklaces and scarf, the bare feet under the minimal shoes, the loose billowing layers that seem all to easy to gradually remove, etc). This is reminiscent of his Dark Knight design, which doesn't seem explicitly erotic until you remember that Temma said the little pin on the front is the only thing holding it onto his body. The only exposed part in this design is his chest, an reference to the "tanima" between the breasts that he taught us to admire in his English streams. This outfit shows us that he knows what he is doing and he is giving fanservice to those who know where to look.
I just needed to post something not depressing today
