Some shit you post for randoms on Twitter isn't the same thing as lewdbaiting on stream to your whales. I get what she's trying to do so it doesn't bother me, but I can see how it would look bad when there's already a problem with meme spam and gooning in chat. (Looks bad; I do not concur that it has a tangible effect.)
I'm not really sure how self-censoring and not joking around anymore would actually fix the problem, other than they're vaguely associated. All of her coworkers post and joke about this kind of shit all the time and it's clearly something she's comfortable doing and finds funny, so auditing herself would only double her misery (chat sucks AND she can't have fun). Almost certainly she will ignore this advice, but from her perspective I can see why.
If the issue is that she's the biggest and the other girls just haven't run into the problem yet, then it's either unfixable or only "theoretically" fixable through a miserable family-friendly grind.
