Maybe the point of her character is that she's a vampire, but also a kid, so the actions that are considered evil by people are natural for her, like she sees that as just feeding and playing so she's not acting "evil" on purpose.
The problem is that in her lore video some frames suggest she is actually an evil and sadistic creature, but later other frames try to make you feel sympathy for her, kinda hard to feel sympathy for a bloodthirsty monster imo
