Seems like they were REALLY scrapping the bottom of the barrel on this one. Can't really blame them though, I feel like the industry is at the point where all the great talents are either already in a corpo or content to stay indi. And Western women in general are just absolutely fucking trash so it makes it that much harder to find good ones. As some others have said, give it a few weeks to a month for them to get comfortable and settled in and things might get better, but my first impression can be summed up as, "yeeeeeesh..."
