Fubuki in Fubuzilla mode is able to turn, at the bare minimum, Japan into a desert wasteland in a single night (as shown in HoloGra). I believe she was able to do much more than that, possibly the entire world?
Nene is Galaxy-tier power level, this is common knowledge.
Ina has the powers of the ancient ones, which includes being able to instantly change the world's position to effectively go from daytime to nighttime (as shown in her outfit reveal). I assume she has many other powers which are yet unknown.
Reine's true power is unknown, as she was a magic user but can't use it anymore since coming to this world.
Watson is only A tier because her time travel powers aren't very effective against the higher tiers.
Luna would be higher if her Lunazilla didn't run out of stamina so quickly.
