Well while we are waiting I guess I can post my breakfast here because I saw others do it earlier.
This is sill on homebaked tunnbröd with homebrewed svagdricka. Sill is herring (a kind of fish) that has been stored in vinegar for a long time. It tastes strongly of fish but also of vinegar. Tunnbröd is a kind of flat bread often made with rye or barley. This I baked myself with 60% rye flour and 40% barley flour, it kind of tastes like cardboard but in a good way, it's very hard and has a musky taste. Svagdricka is a kind of rye beer that is quite weak. I made this myself so I don't know the alcohol conent but it is only around 2-4%. It tastes like a normal beer but sweeter and with some spicyness from the rye that is used to make it. I love rye very much and eat and drink rye everyday, hence my name.
