Chloe does a lot of chats and doesn't play that many globally popular games, and on the other end Ayame doesn't fucking stream so both of them are especially unpopular here. People really liked Chloe's 3D debut, but after that most people went back to not talking about her.
I don't think anyone really hates Chloe though, it's just that nobody's a big enough fan to bring her up that often. I think most people here want to jerk off to her to and Ayame, but don't care to watch them. Not like you can necessarily watch Ayame at will.
