The vtuber i want to introduce is Kawashima Minori. I must admit I do not know much about her nor am I very familiar with her content but I still want to recommend her. I first became aware of her when I read her goodbye letter (pic rel) as she was ending her career due to her impending cancer death. Then however I forgot about her again until by pure chance while browsing reddit vt I saw someone asking for updates on her situation. In the thread I saw her replying with her current situation.
She seems cheerful and is concentrating on getting the best out of her remaining time. She has also moved into a hospice house which, at least in my country indicates the very end of life. If you ever had any interest in communicating with or cheering up a dying girl then this is your chance. If any anon wants to join in to show her that her someone acknowledges her existence. To show her that people saw her and know that she lived and and sang and dreamt.
